Independent, Impartial, Objective

Contact TAMRIS

The TAMRIS “Structural Mandate” is a sophisticated directive to your asset and wealth managers. It defines your requirements and what you should expect from your asset manager in terms of service, portfolio structure objectives, reporting and value for money.  Depending on the service option chosen it will also provide detailed information on your personal risk and performance preferences.

It will also stipulate reporting requirements that will need to be met when reporting on portfolio performance, activity and strategy and the structure, planning and management of assets to meet financial needs over time.

For those clients that have undergone an independent structural assessment, informationText Box:
taken from this assessment will be used to develop the structural mandate for the management of your assets and needs over time.

This mandate is supplemented by an "Investment Planning & Asset Management Analysis" which summarises the analysis from the structural assessment.

For those clients who have not undergone an independent structural assessment and are looking for help in vetting prospective wealth managers, an Investment Planning Analysis will need to be conducted prior to developing the structural mandate.

The structural mandate may also provide guidelines on the relationship structure between a client’s wealth management advisors.  How the advisor sets about achieving these objectives is up to them.  Text Box:

What the report will not do is to tell the advisor what securities to buy, where to invest or the investment style they should be following.  What it will do is to force them to relate their security selection and asset allocation disciplines to your financial needs and risk preferences and to justify their decisions within a well structured wealth and asset management service process.

The mandate developed for the individual client will depend on the service option selected; Opinion Plus, Fundamental and Comprehensive.
