Where investors only want an opinion on a specific aspect of their financial needs, the following must be borne in mind.

TAMRIS does not offer an opinion on an individual investment nor will it ever endorse an individual investment. 

The major reason for this is that an investment only makes sense within a portfolio structure and the portfolio structure's overall relevance to your financial needs.  It cannot be assessed on its own. 

If you endorse an investment you effectively become responsible for its management and the consequences of that investment on an individual investor's financial needs. 

These risks can only be managed by someone responsible for the day to day management of your financial needs.

What TAMRIS will do is make sure that there is a rationale and a structure for its inclusion and that the advisors recommending it have the expertise and resources to manage it and the overall costs and benefits of the investment and the service underlying it are in your interests. 

For example, an apparently really good investment may not be appropriate for your portfolio, while a high risk and poorly performing investment may have a rightful place. 

TAMRIS will provide specific services for individual clients who do not want to take on the full TAMRIS review, monitoring or other services. These and other costs are provided in the fees section of this site.
